The guardians of a two-year-old young lady have been accused of homicide after purportedly denying her clinical treatment before she kicked the bucket from a disease. The little child, Diana Jane Hanbury, from North Mackay was taken by her mom to Mackay Base Emergency clinic on December 29, 2022, however she was at that point dead.
Analyst Administrator Darrin Shadlow claimed Diana had been wiped out for quite a while and was denied clinical intercession by her folks, eventually prompting her demise. Following a 14-month examination, Queensland investigators have charged the young lady's mom, 38, and father, 37, with one count every one of homicide and obligation to have a birth enrolled.
