A pursuit neglected to find a swimmer who disappeared at Auckland's Piha late this evening. Police were cautioned that a 37-year-elderly person was missing in the wake of getting into trouble in the water around 5.20pm.
"A quest for the man started before long, including the police send off Deaodar and Falcon helicopter, close by Surf Lifesaving New Zealand and Coastguard New Zealand," a police representative said. "A huge region has been looked, yet the man has yet, sadly to be found." The pursuit has been suspended for the evening, and police are offering help to the man's loved ones.
