Something like seven individuals have been killed in a short-term Russian robot assault on Ukraine's north-eastern city of Kharkiv, the territorial head says. Oleh Syniehubov says a child and two kids - matured four and seven - were among the people in question.
Photographs from the city close to the Russian boundary show various houses ablaze after a gas station was hit. One man was accounted for harmed in Ukraine's southern city of Odesa in a different Russian robot assault. Apparently profound, Kharkiv Chairman Ihor Terekhov said "the Russian attacker is demolishing our city".
"Yet, we will survive. We will win," he said in a video message from the location of the Russian assault. He added that 14 houses were set on fire. Russia's military has offered no open remarks on the detailed strikes. Russian President Vladimir Putin sent off a full-scale attack against Ukraine in February 2022.
