A High Court judge decided that Sparkle - whose genuine name is Paul Gadd - oppressed the petitioner "to sexual maltreatment of the most serious kind". The lady brought her case after Sparkle was sentenced in 2015 for mishandling her and two other youngsters somewhere in the range of 1975 and 1980.
