Bruce Lehrmann: Judge finds Brittany Higgins was assaulted inside parliament - ISN TV
Bruce Lehrmann was in court to hear the choice

Previous Australian political staff member Bruce Lehrmann assaulted his partner Brittany Higgins inside Parliament House, an adjudicator has found in a maligning case. Mr Lehrmann has consistently denied sex occurred. He sued Organization 10 over a media report in 2021 which sent shockwaves around the country and ignited public shock.

The power source shielded circulating Ms Higgins' cases on the premise they were valid. An adjudicator has now governed Mr Lehrmann told "intentional lies" and was "detached" to whether Ms Higgins agreed.

While giving over his choice in the Government Court on Monday, Equity Michael Lee said Mr Lehrmann was "hellbent" on having intercourse with Ms Higgins. "So expectation upon delight... [Mr Lehrmann] proceeded sex without caring whether she assented." The norm of verification in maligning cases is lower than in criminal procedures - a litigant should just confirm the cases are more similar to, than not.
